I've Done This Work Myself

I'm a mom, a former middle school teacher, a certified positive psychology coach, and a woman who spent a long time carrying more than she should. I know what it feels like when life gets loud — when obligation, tension, and the constant pull of everyone else's needs crowd out everything that actually matters.
