My Book
By Theresa Bundgaard
Six happiness habits for women who are ready to clear what's in the way and discover what's actually underneath.
Not a prescription. Not a checklist. A clearing.
How the Book Came to Be
My husband suggested I write it. I had ideas swirling — about what genuinely makes us happy, what gets in the way, what we're actually seeking when we reach for pleasure or distraction or achievement. So I sat down and wrote. The book came out in three months. What I didn't expect was what happened halfway through — a clarity that felt like more than my own thinking. I finished the book. And I came home to myself.
That is the book I want to put in your hands.
Inside the Book
Guard your quiet. It's the foundation everything else rests on.
Not to perform — to truly see what's already good in your life.
Wake up to the small, real things that nourish rather than numb.
Know what you stand for — and begin aligning your life around it.
The deep satisfaction of doing something meaningful — for yourself and others.
Be a good steward of the time and energy you've been given on this earth.
Who This Is For
This book is for women over 40 who are tired of carrying more than they should and ready to ask what's actually underneath all the noise. It's secular in language — written for any woman, regardless of where she is spiritually — and completely free of the hustle and hype that dominates most conversations about happiness.
