My Story
I'm here because I've done the work of getting quieter — and I want to help you do the same.
How I Got Here
I am a mom, a former middle school teacher, a certified positive psychology coach, and a woman who spent many years figuring out what actually makes life feel good — and what just gets in the way.
I've lived in Phoenix long enough to know that this is a fast, hot, driven city. There is no shortage of hustle here. And I've felt it — the pull to keep moving, to keep producing, to be useful and capable and on top of things. For a long time, I carried that weight the way most women do: quietly, competently, and without fully noticing how heavy it had gotten.
The book Optimizing Happiness came out of a particular season — a time when I had a lot of ideas swirling about what genuine happiness looks like, and a husband who simply said: write them down. So I did. I wrote the whole book in three months. It came quickly and clearly, and somewhere in the middle of it I realized that the clarity coming through me wasn't only my own thinking. That book became a turning point — in my work and in my life.
I finished it, and I came home to myself in a way I hadn't expected.
That experience shaped everything I now bring to coaching. I don't believe in fast fixes. I don't believe you have everything you need inside you — that quiet arrogance runs through most self-help and I've never been comfortable with it. What I believe is that there is a lot in the way. And that when you clear it — slowly, honestly, with support — what's underneath is something real.
That's what I help women find.
What Drives This Work
Most women don't need more — more habits, more routines, more self-optimization. They need less in the way. Clearing is the work.
Tension in the shoulders. Inflammation. The feeling of bracing against your own life. The body is always telling the truth. We learn to listen.
You cannot live a clear life without knowing what you actually stand for. Identifying your values — and aligning your days around them — changes everything.

My Philosophy
I will never tell you that you have everything you need inside you. That's the quiet arrogance of most self-help — and it puts all the pressure on a self that is already exhausted.
I will never tell you to hustle your way to happiness. The work we do together is slow, honest, and unhurried. That is not a limitation — that is the point.
I will never minimize what you're carrying. You've been capable and responsible for a long time. This is a space where you don't have to perform that.
Take the Next Step
No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what might be in the way.
